  Don't waste you're time by going in to this store. You will be much better off by calling AT&T Customer Care (which is what this store is going to tell you to do anyways) or looking up answers online. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of your time.

  My husband and I we impressed with the help DeeAnna and Neeco gave us in preparation for international travel. I used to be a Version user but AT&T service is better here in Houghton.
